Is there an amenity fee?

The amenity fee is $25 plus tax, per room, per night and includes:

 

  • Two (2) welcome beverages
  • Daily poolside yoga
  • Live music on Fridays & Saturdays
  • Limited series postcard art piece featuring local photographers
  • Urban bikes to explore Kona
  • Exclusive P19 discount at Cheeky Tiki
  • Use of beach chairs & umbrellas

  • Wifi throughout hotel

When are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is at 11am. Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and may cost additional fees. Please check with the front desk at check-in for availability.

Do you offer parking?

Yes, private parking is available on-site for $25 per vehicle per night plus tax.

Do you offer Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi access is available in all guest rooms and around the property, included with your daily amenity fee.

What is included within each room’s macrobar?

Think of each guest room’s macrobar as a mini-bar, but on a larger scale. The macrobar seamlessly blends into each room, offering guests a variety of select snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, fueling guests on their explorations of Hawaii’s 4000 square miles. The medley of offerings is curated to celebrate the local flavors and flair of the region, including island-favorite snacks and drinks like dried mango, chocolate-covered macadamia nuts, cocktails, and microbrew beer options. Offerings are subject to change.

Do you have grab and go snacks and beverages?

Yes, we have grab-and-go options available at our on-site Waimea Coffee Co at PACIFIC 19, as well as items available for purchase in each in-room macrobar.

Do you have an airport shuttle?

We do not provide airport transportation but recommend Roberts Hawaii Airport Transfer Services. To make a reservation please book a shuttle here.

Is this a dog-friendly hotel?

Yes, we welcome VIPs (very important pups) to stay with us. We have a maximum allowance of 2 dogs per room with a weight limit of 35 lbs per dog. Fees are $35 plus tax daily per pet and a refundable $50 pet deposit will be charged as well. We offer pet beds for no additional charge. 

Does the hotel require a deposit?

Yes, a refundable $250 deposit is required upon check-in.

Is smoking allowed at the hotel?

All rooms are non-smoking, but there is a designated smoking area.

Can I store my luggage if I arrive before my check-in time or check-out early?

Yes, complimentary luggage storage is available, simply speak to the front desk and they will assist you.

Do the rooms have microwaves?

Microwaves are available upon request at no additional charge.

Do the rooms have refrigerators?

All rooms have mini fridges to use during your stay.

Do the rooms have a safe?

Yes, each room has a safe.

Does the hotel have connecting rooms?

The hotel has 4 sets of connecting rooms available:

  • A Traverse King can connect to a Traverse Double
  • An Explore King can connected to an Explore Double

What are the hours of operation for the swimming pool?

The pool is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm.

Does the hotel have ice machines?

Yes, the ice machine is located on the lobby level floor.

Does the hotel provide gear rentals?

Urban bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach/pool towels are available at the front desk and are included as part of the amenity fee.

Does the hotel offer cribs?

Yes, we have pack and plays for guests to use free of charge.

Does the hotel offer rollaway beds?

We have airbeds that are free of charge.

Does the hotel hold weddings or group events?

Please email reservations@pacific19.com for information regarding weddings/group events.

Do you have events at PACIFIC 19 Kona?

Yes, we offer daily poolside yoga from 8-9 am and live music on the first Friday of the month. For more information about events on property, follow us at @pacific19hawaii on Instagram to stay up to date with what’s going on around the Big Island.
