Café P19
For now, Café P19 will be a morning spot, here to help you start your day right. Relax in the Hawaiian sun or in the shade of lush greenery. Enjoy a flat white brewed from perfectly roasted Sightglass beans, or a simply delicious drip coffee made with a local Ka’u blend. If you’re feeling peckish, we recommend a pastry from local baker State of Grace, who makes magic out of flour and butter. Swap stories with your fellow explorers—best trails, best swim spots, best poké—or get tips from locals-in-the-know.
Inspired by surf culture and Kona’s creative community, our intention for P19 is a place for guests to gather, and community to coalesce. The best part? As a PACIFIC 19 guest, it’s all just steps from your bed.
